William C. Wexler
Bill Wexler is a seasoned senior housing professional with 35+ years of experience. After working at Bridgeway Pointe for a year, Bill was so passionate about the quality and atmosphere of the community, he moved his own mother in!
Bill describes his leadership style as “management by walking around” and he is often found with his sleeves rolled up doing real work around Bridgeway Pointe. In his free time, he sings with an acapella group and is an avid Cincinnati Reds fan.
When looking at senior housing options, most people prefer to avoid “sales” or “marketing” personnel. Kris is a highly experienced Retirement Counselor having worked in the healthcare field for 35 years and at Bridgeway Pointe for the last 10 years.
Kris has a special gift for establishing an open and trusting relationship and her mission is to educate and counsel prospective residents and their families about their choices in senior housing…no “sales” involved. Kris enjoys traveling and seeing the open road from the back of a Harley motorcycle.
Life Enrichment Coordinator
Kyle is a musician and artist who loves to share his zest for life with residents. As an avid practitioner in the “business of fun,” Kyle fills the days at Bridgeway Pointe with a wide array of activities from chair volleyball and ping pong, to teaching art classes and playing his music for our residents.
Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, and still plays music full time around the Cincinnati and Northern KY area.
Life Enrichment Coordinator
Jennifer is an experienced educator and passionate Senior Fitness Instructor. As a Life Enrichment Coordinator at Bridgeway Pointe, she strives to improve the overall health and wellness of the community by teaching exercise classes, providing diverse experiences and planning a variety of activities for residents.
Jennifer enjoys traveling with her husband and two sons in her free time and currently has visited 43 states and 12 countries.
Health And Wellness Director
Consider the Bridgeway Pointe Mission Statement: “Connect Residents, Families, and Associates to a community dedicated to individual wellness” and you have described Matt’s passion. A Registered Nurse with 12 years of progressive experience in senior housing and leadership positions, Matt is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
Bridgeway Pointe is blessed to have someone of Matt’s caliber who is a highly visible leader that is always willing to roll up his sleeves and work directly with residents, families and staff. Matt enjoys working out and hiking…especially in Gatlinburg!
Located in the front offices of the Bridgeway Pointe community, Lynne is one of the first smiling faces that residents, families, and visitors encounter. Many would describe her role as “multi-functional” but all would agree that she is the proverbial “glue that holds the place together”.
Along with her regular administrative duties, Lynne also coordinates the resident sewing group and the book club at Bridgeway Pointe. In her previous life Lynne worked in the airline industry (just ask her about that!) and once paddled with an outrigger canoe team.
